2013 also marks the 20th anniversary of HUGO, a brand that has always striven to challenge traditional rules and ideals. And I kinda think the way the HUGO RED bottle really stands out.
The Red bottle is coated in a bright scarlet thermochromic paint which changes color when it's touched and the waterbottle-style flask also sports a plastic black stopper for a youthful finish.
The HUGO Red fragrance is built around two contrasting accords: the ‘Solid Chill’ accord and the ‘Liquid Heat’ accord, which reflect the different facets of cold and hot metal.
The ‘Solid Chill’ accord combines grapefruit in the top note with rhubarb in the heart note to create a bitter fresh accord with a metallic accent that simulates the underlying strength of solid metal. While the ‘Liquid Heat’ accord is characterized by cedarwood and hot amber that blend together in the dry-down to convey the heat and fluidity of red-hot metal.
I gave this to my boyfriend and I am really liking the scent on him. It's very masculine and somewhat unique. It's scent is fresh and alluring. Try it in-stores at HUGO BOSS counters

The kind folks at Bellabox is extremely sweet to send me a box a month. And I know beauty boxes like these are of high interest to a lot of people in Singapore, seeing how it's a upward trend. So here I am again, sharing with you what's in my September box!
It's not easy being the folks behind these beauty boxes. People can complain about so many things. The delivery, the delivery timing, the items in the box..., etc.
This month, unlike previous months where there's always an overflow of products, there are only 5 items in the box. The theme is "Out with the Old...In with the New". You can check it out here.

Vichy Bi-White Med Deep Corrective Whitening Lotion (30ml)
I am a big fan of VICHY's products. And I've tried this whitening lotion before as well. Since this came in the box, I am happy that I find myself with a travel sized bottle that I can bring around!
Celmonze Premium Facial Ampoule (2ml, full size)
For restoring skin's youth and vigor, anti aging and great as a base for makeup. For those who don't know, ampoules are small glass cylinders of highly concentrated essence.
Rimmel Volume Flash Eyeliner (full size)
This eyeliner has a stiff felt tip which is great in helping to draw on a lines which are as thick or as thin as you like. I haven't really tried this out yet so I don't know about how smudge-proof or whether it's long-lasting. There has been a lot of complaints about how this product was manufactured 2 years ago (11-11-2009). But through Bellabox, Rimmel has assured us that this is the same product selling in Watsons and an unopened product's shelf life is 5 years.
Lifecella Essence Sheet Mask (1 piece)
For skin that is patchy, freckled, dull & spotty, the Toumei-hada essence sheet mask is it. It blocks melanin production for effective whitening and helps improves elasticity in skin with the marine-derived collagen. This mask is soaked in rich essence (17 ml per mask).
Taylor Swift Wonderstruck Sample (1.2ml)
A blend of sophisticated and sweet: vanilla, honeysuckle and sandalwood. It's a really nice scent.
And... that's all. A perfume sample, a mask, a full size eyeliner, a 30ml lotion, and a 2ml ampoule.
I got to say that I have to agree with most of the other receivers of the September Bellabox that this month's contents aren't really impressive. I recall August's box to be EXCEPTIONALLY good though. I guess there's ups and downs and this month, mostly down.
