HELLO!!!

I’m back with a superb news to share with my fellow readers and friends! I am going to continue to be the ambassador for Majolica Majorca for 2010!

I was overjoyed when I received this news! As I know that my efforts of staying up late; writing entries had paid off and I would like to thank Majolica Majorca for giving me this opportunity! In addition, I get so much free make ups and saved money from purchasing makeups!

Last year, Majolica Majorca launched a mascara base-Lash Bone with white fibers. Majolica Majorca has just launched an improved mascara base-Lash Bone Black Fiber In (black base) and I like this better as i do not see any white residue on my lashes after application!

It primes your lashes for maximum thickness, definition, length and density!

-Semi-translucent base with jet-black fibers by Shiseido (you can actually use it on its own for a very natural look)

-It Contains Vitamin E, Macadamia Ternifolia Nut Oil

-Tears, sweat & sebum resistant

While applying Lash Bone Black Fiber In, it looks as though I’m applying mascara right? It looks black because of the black fibers!

I feel that it helps me to achieve thicker and longer lashes. Take a look at my lashes!

I think this is the perfect mascara for ultimate doll-like lashes (think lots of volume!)

-It has a new double comb with fine and thick teeth

-It is also formulated with thick jet-black fibers, Volume Up Powder and gloss oil for instant volume

-I like that it also cares for your lashes as it contains Vitamin E, Macadamia Ternifolia Nut Oil

It gives instant thick & jet-black effect upon application. Use the side with wide teeth to achieve thicker and more dramatic dolly lashes and the finer side to separate lashes while thickening them!

Personally, I LOVE THEM and have been using them since the day I got them! Even people around me noticed the difference and praise this mascara for creating lashes with SUPER VOLUME!

This is the effect that I achieved by applying Lash Bone Black Fiber In+ Lash Enamel Glamour Volume On Mascara. It makes my natural lashes looks thicker and longer! It looks like falsies!

I think this AWESOME! I’m born with very fine and average length lashes unlike others who have extremely thick and long lashes.

Jeweling Eyes- 2 New Shades!

As I have mentioned earlier that my favourite eye sh adow from Majolica Majorca is Jeweling Eyes and I own every single shade! I was so happy to know that Majolica Majorca has launched 2 more shades for Jeweling Eyes! mj2

Basically, the new shades are light pigmented pastel colours as pastel colours are in colours for spring/ summer 2010. If you are looking for eye shadows for day makeup, this is the perfect one for you!

As I am quite tan, I picked earthy brown shade and creamy shade (as highlight; under browbone) from PK711 palette and applied it onto my eye lid for a natural look.

If you ask me which palette do I prefer before I try them, I would say PK 722 as it seems more feminine. However, after trying both. I like BL 711 too! It gives a refreshing look! I’m glad that 2 palettes are included in the Press Kit and they add onto my personal MJ collection!

What I like about Jeweling Eye is- shadows contains an array of translucent pearls glittering pigments but it is not too dramatic. You can slowly build up the eye shadow if you want more dramatic look and it is very easy to blend.

I feel that they are so true. i hope that people won’t take their love one for granted and regret after they lose him/her. Life is short, so CHERISH them when you still have the chance to! I used to take people around me for granted but now, i would like to cherish these people.

For the very first time, i won back some losses at casino- just 200sgd. This time round i went with Sharon + her friend, Bettina, Pretty Boy (i emphasize that i’m NOT addicted to gambling; i know my limits- so people please DON’T NAG at me anymore!).. Even though it’s small amount, I have been there for 3-4 times and i lose a little on every visit. Luckily i have pretty boy to sponsor my levy, lol! I don’t have very good luck when it comes to gambling.. so i seldom gamble and i play with small chips- $5 and $25 cash chips. Oh yes, we saw HK actress- Xuan Xuan in casino! She looks pretty in person; almost the same as you see her on screens but slimmer!

Elaine and i lost at Bettina’s place. We were playing Black Jack and Elaine lost all her cash. She even took out her coins and lost them all! Can’t believe that i lost 100+ even though i had around 12-15 black jacks(the one with most black jacks)! On top of that, when i get manage to get 21, she can get 5 cards below 21!

Can’t remember when i snap these pictures.. I came back home from movie or something? Anyway, i was sitting infront of my laptop and PC! PC for msn and music; laptop for work! Pretty boy bought me the chocolate from petrol kiosk cos he made me wait in his car for SO LONG!

Downloaded some Photoshop brushes (eg: the heart shape on the above collage)! they are very beautiful and simple to use! LOVE THEM! Haven’t use Photoshop for sometime, it’s time to play with it when i’m free!

Argh… my back is aching! I think i need a good massage! Any kind soul wanna help me? haha, i’m joking!

Sometimes i wonder, why do people visit my blog?

Basically, I’m just a normal girl leading a normal life. There’s nothing interesting about my life. These people seriously read the content of my blog? Or do they view the pictures and leave the site? My loyal readers may have noticed the change in my blogging style. I used to spend hours writing entries of my deep thoughts but i thought that no one will actually bother to read wordy entries. Hence, i have decided to do away with it and not be an idiot who waste time on writing some rubbish whereby no one is interested in.

A random stranger messaged me somewhere and told me:

“btw, i’m not a stalker, haha, i don’t visit your blog everyday , just time to time. and I do notice that you’ve changed. I respect you alot and still do. is it the world we live in? or is it reality that changed you? i can safely say (pardon me if i’m wrong) you stopped writing much of your thoughts down anymore, as compared to paperger. =) i still worship you , always did.”

I thought that this is a good “wake up” call for me and it is very encouraging. Having realized that i have lost the passion and true reason why i blog, i have been struggling pretty hard. Frankly speaking, i had intentions of ending it several times. As i have mentioned earlier on, i started off as my journal for leisure but lately, i feel that it is a chore to handle it when i have not much time for myself yet have to “blog”.

I used to share more stuffs (my deep thoughts about friendship, love and much more) but now… i no longer pen them onto my public blog. My answer is privacy.. i hide them in my private blog and protect myself from others. Sounds quite silly right? Why am i so timid because of those keyboard warriors who don’t even know the real me?

It can be really time consuming to write blog entries- from taking pictures to uploading pictures and maybe some photo editting (depends on how much you wanna edit) to uploading the pictures, thinking about what to write and typing words for the entry! Anyway, i would like to thank these people for being so supportive!

Alright, i have made up my mind. I will take up my courage and share MORE

It’s good that it is raining heavily!

I used to love sun tanning cos i like the healthy sun kiss tan.. looks really very healthy!

But now, i no longer love hot sunny days after getting freckles all over my shoulders and arms. I will avoid hot sun as much as possible and would like to get fairer now! Any whitening tips for me?

Oh yes, i got myself a new MyMelody around Xmas period. Bought one for Stephy as her Xmas present since she love MyMelody too. I took the display piece and gave her new piece. This is too cute to resist! I have been sleeping with it and a few other “Melody” every night. ^^

Again, i was so busy with some work and i had to give a miss for some gatherings such as steamboat dinner on yesterday at Jer’s place, outing at He Pan with the girls and the worse is today- i overslept for Bettina’s babygirl belated birthday celebration and missed it. Previously, i missed Sharon’s birthday cos i was down with fever. Aww…. Luckily i passed Bettina Ang Pow in advance. Very sorry girls!! Even though i would love to join in the fun, my body can’t make it there. In the first place, i had insufficient sleep and still stayed up late. The moment i reach home at 6am, i knock out; was too tired to even remove my makeup! Too much eating and playing!! I have gained back 1kg during this period and this should end soon!

Singapore’s Casino!

I hope all of you enjoyed your CNY and Valentines!

For me, i did lots of visiting… from traveling from Singapore to Malaysia and back to Singapore on day 1. And traveled to many places for visiting from early morning till evening! I was exhausted! Watched movies like Valentines and Percy Jackson.. I like the movie- Valentines; it reminds me of the movie Love actually during xmas period. Catch it if you haven’t watch it.

Kston and i enjoyed this show not because many stars are involved in this show.. the director managed to piece up different couples and stories pretty nicely together and mentioned some meaningful stuffs. Though i managed to guess most of it, but i missed 1-2.. didn’t expect the guy to be gay.

To my surprised, i woke up with teddy bear and roses in my room.

Hot Pink roses were delivered to my door step when i was out with Stephy at Godma’s place.

Well, my mum and my aunties were saying “aww… why waste money on flowers as roses can be really expensive on valentines and wither in a few days? Ang pow is much more practical gift right?” Whatever it is.. it’s the thought that counts! I didn’t expect any gifts from anyone. Thank you for all the gifts, be it hand made cards, presents, roses and even smses! Loves

Visited Ice 3 (i think it is called ice cube?) located at Serangoon Gardens on Sat night.. They serve finger food and ice cream! Several types of ice creams- on waffles, fondue and more..

I ordered their speciality that is served with matching flavored liquor (in the test tube), simply pour it over the ice cream and DA LA! You can enjoy your ice cream! Interesting huh?

Day 1 of CNY- i was wearing RED; i don’t usually wear red.

Cousin’s son.. cute little boy! He has big round eyes, extremely long lashes, brown hair and the best part is- he is so well behaved and bubbly in front of everyone unlike some other babies spoilt kids who can’t stop crying and screaming.

Out of curiosity, pretty boy and i visited the first casino in Singapore on 2nd day of CNY and returned to the casino on 4th day of CNY again

This is the Lambo for the winner of striking the jackpot. Feeling lucky? Hehe… I didn’t play Jackpot, was playing Russian Roulette since i’m such a newbie.

Too bad, lady luck wasn’t by my side for long enough. So, i lost a little on day 2, 3 and 4 of CNY. Lost total of almost 200 but Pretty boy won some and he gave me some to cover my losses. When i refused to take it, he “borrowed” Elaine’s bf’s (Alex) words- “You take first, i tell you why later”. Faints! When the girls refuse to take it and insisted to know the reason, they kept saying tell you later… Whatever it is, it was sweet of them

Taken on day 2 of CNY Wore Cheong Sam for visiting and wore this to Casino. Felt a little awkward but i had no time to change my outfit and it was quite attention seeking (i think). Saw some passerby looking at me as i walk around the Casino and some staffs thought that i’m not local just becos of my outfit.. DUH! Anyway, it was really crowded at Casino on Day 2. We walked around 1 hour and can’t find a seat! Many uncles and aunties were pushing through the crowded just to place their bets. Luckily, things were better for us on Day 4 lesser crowd!

I’m glad that i managed to turn pretty boy to a Blackberry user! Hurray!!! Both of us are using the same phone and that will cut down on my smses!! Though i’m Apple supporter, i own their itouch (which i gave away to younger bro), generation 1 and 2 hot pink nanos and macbook pro but i’m just not into touch screen phones! Iphone have really cool applications but I have long nail so i have problem using touch screen phones. It’s pain in the ass for me! I’m simply in love with blackberry and i think my next phone will still be blackberry unless apple release a non touch screen phone? Hehe! Addicted to bb anyways! The next person whom i’m gonna psycho is Stephy! We exchanged so much smses as though we are msning each other! She told me that she is saving up money to get it! Haha! good good! more blackberry users!!

I have to sleep now, please give me sometime to update this post! I have some work to do man! Argh… deadlines are killing me man! SOS!

Anyway, my left eye has been twitching. It is sad that it will bring good luck while right eye twitching is bad omen. I’m not sure about how true is it.. i will see whether i win some money tomorrow! Hehe! I know i sound like a gambler but i’m NOT! only play during CNY period and that’s all!

Pardon me… allow me to share my thoughts.

I’m not sure how many of you will agree… and i don’t need everyone to understand/ agree with me.

It’s not about how many times one told you the 3 words- i love you. It may not be true; it can be a white lie. When one say the 3 words too often, the meaning of it seems diluted. It doesn’t mean that he/she really loves you. In fact, someone who doesn’t say it may love you even more but didn’t express it through words.

There is this person who told me that he will only say it when he mean it and i didn’t get to hear it even though we spent 3years+ together. He told me, the one and only time he said it to me, i missed it cos i fell asleep. We went through alot and I have learned a lot from him. I”m glad that he still stand by me as a good friend and watch me from a distance. When i was ill, he brought me crystal jade congee and isotonic drinks. Okay, don’t misunderstand and ask me to try again. I’m not gonna try it again cos both of us tried it several times and it just don’t work! He’s not my date for Valentines and he’s not my new bf! I’m just grateful towards him and we will always be good friends.

I believe that some are meant to be just friends, can’t be together as couple. I’m still in touch with my ex bf and we are still on good terms; hang out together with our friends and all. Someone told me that he don’t believe that he can be friends with his exgf after break up, there will be awkwardness and all.. but i think it is possible! Stephy used to say that guys and girls can’t be just friends. She said that there must be some hidden agenda- the guy is interested in the girl, that’s why he hangs out with her but i proved her wrong by introducing her my friends such as Terence and more.

Anyways, it may just 3 simple words, but it can mean a lot and there are different forms of love. Of course, i hope that the next person who say it to me means it. There is no point saying something that you don’t mean it; don’t waste time and deceive each other.

Talk is free… Action speaks louder than words. When someone said that to me when i thought he meant it, i was overjoyed. However, it hurts when i realized that he doesn’t really mean it. Time has passed and i have seen the truth with my own eyes.. maybe he loved me, i’m very sure he doesn’t love me now cos he doesn’t even bother.
