Now, let’s do a check against these 20 efficiacies!

Relieves dryness & split ends: Yes. Hair seems more tamed.

Moisturizes for lustrous hair (especially for dyed hair): Yes. Similar as above. Not so sure if it’s more lustrous since I recently toned the color down.

Relieves tiredness, energizing: Yes. Skin always will look more energetic when it’s not dehydrated!

Reduces eye bags: No.

Relieves sensitive skin: Not really. First time using it, I felt slight tingling sensation. 2nd try onwards was fine.

Reduces dark circles: No.

Use after makeup for a natural look: Yes. Makes the face looks not so cake-y.

Controls oil: No. My skin is oily by nature. It controls a little if only I dab it.

Whitens & brightens skin: Slightly. 

Refines pores: Not really. I don’t see any difference.

Relieves pimples: Slightly. Had one pimple which was near the nose. After using this, it don’t hurt as much. Can that be counted as relieving?

Lifts skin: Slightly? Hydrated skin should be firmer than dehydrated skin.

Soothes skin after treatments: Yes. Did a purifying mask then skin was a little burning, this reduced it a bit.

Moisturizes & nourishes skin: Yes.

Firms skin with elasticity: Slightly? Not sure is this any different from “Lifts skin”.

I would recommend this to people who has dehydrated skin. Bio Spring Water boosts & perks up the skin. However, if you have oily skin, after spraying the mist on your face, wait a while then pat it off with a tissue. This serves as a good “makeup touch-up” for those who work in air-conditioned offices to refresh that dried-off makeup & thirsty skin!

I am also gonna use it when I go sun-tanning to reduce that heat off the face!
