I have been a fan of their Ginvera Whitening Marvel Gel since my secondary school days, therefore I was excited to receive a similar product from their “sister” brand this time!
Maybe I am quite used to the Ginvera Marvel Gel’s consistency, I find that this Mineral Aqua Gel is a tad too watery for me, especially when transferring the aqua gel from my palm to face, the movement has got to be faster, else the aqua gel may land somewhere else instead of the face.

The only thing I dislike about it is that some times a small part of the ball roller has a sharp edge to it. But if I am extra careful & use very gentle, light pressure, it is not too uncomfortable.

Hello, Just came across your post. Just to share..One thing i worry about with Eye Contour Brightening Amethyst Roller was the sharp thing that’s scraping the eye. I’ve used ginvera jade roller and sent an email asking them if this problem persist with their new amethyst pdt they ASSURED me this problem has been rectified. Didn’t expect they are not trustworthy at all.
Hi Kk, I know about the issue with the ball bearing. And as compared to the previous version, Amethyst one is much better, however, it can be sharp at certain times when too much pressure is applied. As long as i use it really lightly, no problem.
Also it’s much more moisturizing in the sense that it “releases” more fluid than the Jade eye roller.
