First Beauty Collective Haul in 2013!

Hi all!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a beauty haul and it’s just awesome to be hauling beauty products. And so here’s my first beauty haul in 2013.

Etude house have loads of pretty glitter polishes now! These are $6.90 each!

I also got the nail polish set from the Etoinette collection. Look at the colors and that nail stickers! Too pretty to miss!! I’m going to wear this for CNY! This is $16.90.

Bought the Moisture Body Cream simply cause it smells really nice. It’s $22.90 for a 200ml tub. I also got the Silk Scarf hair mask to try after seeing Miyake raving about it on twitter. It’s $6.90 in the local Etude stores.

I‘ve also gotten the large 500ml bottle of the Wonder Pore Freshner at $32.90. Love this toner as I feel that it helps minimize the appearance of the pores plus refreshes the skin well. I’ve also gotten the emulsion from the skin mal:gem range to try as I’ve ran out of one to use for my day regime. It’s $25.90 for 200ml.

Saw that Canmake have 25% off at Watson’s the other say so I got their new foundation and primer to try. This is the natural range which does not includes any synthetic chemicals. It is also able to be removed with just water. The original price for the foundation and primer is $29.90 and $24.90 respectively.

Saw this set of 6 mini lip balms from Fresh going at 30% off which makes it $51, originally priced at $73. Lip balms are a staple in my regime and I always finish them real fast or lose them easily. The size of this lip balm is great to throw into the bag or purse!

I’m so glad that YSL have made its way back to SG shores. If not I will not have found out how awesome their range of lip sticks are. The two pictures are from their new Rouge Volupte Shine range. I’ve own two other from the Rouge Sheer Candy range and the Rouge Volupte Range. According to the BA, this new range is something in between the sheer candy and rouge volupte which provides a pigmented glossy color.

YSL priced their lipsticks at $45 each. I personally feel that it’s worth every single cent of it as it’s long lasting plus moisturizing. I love my sheer candy one so much that I’m contemplating to get a back up of the color I had. Now I’ve 4 lip sticks from YSL and trust me, this number will definitely increase over time.

InstaNails: Bling! Bling!

I love my glitters but there’s a period where I stop wearing them simply cause it’s such a headache to remove them. But I found my love back.

Gold Glitter on Nude base. Both using essence nail polishes.

Silver glitter on Teal Base. Teal shade for essence, silver glitter from etude house.

Pink glitter galore! I actually used a creme purple base but you can use the pink glitter by itself too! Glitter from etude house.

Etude house have some very pretty glitter polishes. Shall be getting more soon! XD

GlamoGirl’s Glam Rocks!

Attended my 2nd event at Nuami Hotel! Seems like it’s a popular location for events! Wanted to book it during December for Cousins* Annual Xmas Party but apparently it’s already fully booked. ><

This time round, I’m there for GlamoGirl’s Media Launch where they were featuring two brands, DirtyWorks and Exposed.

Here’s me signing in! XD

DirtyWork’s Wetworks products! All the body wash, body scrubs, facial wash, scrubs and masks~ Everything smelled really nice and it’s a subtle scent. I tried them and my skin turned brighter and smoother immediately!

Dryworks products! Body lotions, body butters, creams and even lip plumper! The lip plumper smells like Orange Chocolate! Super yummy, but it’s inedible! I love the Supreme Body Butter, makes my elbows feels so smooth!

Exposed range of nail polishes that is free of 3 toxics, hence they do not have the normal smell you get from mail polishes if you get what I mean. Anyways, wide rage of colors! There’s a total of 74 colors in different finishes!

That’s me getting my nails done! Haha~ The whole event is totally pampering! Trying out the body products, getting a manicure and nice refreshments available too. Thanks so much to the lovely ladies from GlamoGirl and Absolute PR!

National Day Nails by Beauty Recipe

Hi all!! Jessie kindly sponsored me for a manicure plus pedicure session at her lovely nail salon, The Beauty Recipe. So I gladly went to get myself pampered. Hee!

National Day is arriving soon and so Jessie had the idea of painting the flag on the finger nails!

I was also shown a really delicate design that Jessie intend to have it drawn on my toes and I was skeptical cause my toe nails are really ugly and short that I normally just ignore them. :P

I must say I was wow-ed by the end results! The manicurist Jessie had at her salon was indeed skillful! Look at my toes!

Check out how tiny my other toe nails are! But she still managed to draw a flower on each! My toes have never been so nice before! Haha!

Nails by Envy: Kuroi Neko

Did kawaii nails at Envy this time round! Black cat on a sweet pink best!

I was surfing the net one day and spotted this design so I screen shot it on my iphone reminding myself to do this when I head to Envy next time. You know all not every manicurist can create the design you want? But Envy do not disappoint!

Aini, my manicurist will always draw what I want and even modify the design to be better! The wordings are not included in the original design I showed her! The other hand says “Kitty Cat” instead of “Meow”. XD
