October 23rd, 2011 Sunday Afternoon With Bro! ~”Life is tough, so we must be tougher than life.”

Happened today, blogged today. Rare. I always have backdated posts! Hahaha…
Lack of updates recently… Oops… A little too busy! Heh!

I purposely woke up earlier today to have lunch with Bro (if not I think I was so exhausted from yesterday’s Furry Day and all the other activities that i think I would have been unconscious till afternoon…Hahahah.. ). I wanted to give him a treat! Aiya, most importantly, to have a good long talk.

A lot of things happened for the past months. Sigh. I really don’t like bad news. Even if it doesn’t involve me directly. The sense of loss, a fairytale that’s gone, the raw open wound that will take long to heal. It upset me a lot, since last night when I got the news.

But I know we are very strong people. Quoting Xiang, “Life is tough, so we must be tougher than life.” There are things that are beyond our control. Do what we can and be the best we can be. I don’t want to have regrets in life.

Had Taiwan food for lunch and went to Toastbox to la kopi. Was randomly talking about a haircut and ta-da!! He called the salon immediately! Spontaneous!

I never cut much la, hahaha… Just chopped my bangs and left the rest untouched. My fringe has gotten so messy I needed to tie it up or pin it up all the time!

A brand new hairstyle and a brand new start! I pray for the well-being of my dear bro and all my friends, that things will be for the better. That we all can be strong, and good things will come to those who work for it.
