Had a blast with my girls weeks back when we went to Butter factory! We used to go there like every freaking week for our must-have: Bacardi 151 shots which burns our throats big time. Then boyfriend started to make noise. Complained that I was partying too much so we cut back on it. Haha!
But nowadays, we are all so busy with work + boyfriends that its been a really long time since we girls had some us-time. So yes, we got together at Juan’s house for pre-drinks before we hit Butter factory.

Arrived around 9 with our food + alcohol. Martell + green tea!
Juan had a dj mixer thingy on her macbook so she was spinning super awesome music the entire night &  we danced like mad bitches in her room. Thank god the neighbor did not complain. HAHA

My fringe was all over the place so I held it up with some auntie clip.

First round of shots. No idea what it is, our favorite bartender Kelly mixed it for us. Its quite yummy but alcohol content rather high! & best of all, we had the shots free. Some random dude offered to foot the bill for us. Haha!

We went back to the old times where we did nothing but dance + drink the entire night.

I started talking to her randomly when I noticed she was wearing the same color as me. Haha, wait, one question to all of you, is my dress PINK or red? I keep insisting that it’s hot pink but everyone shut me up by saying its red. Bloody hell, I color blind meh.
Back to the dancefloor ..
The dj gave us these stickers and we sticked it all over ourselves. LOL.
Around 3-ish am, we left Butter and went to NANA!
At Nana where the screw driver tasted like orange juice instead. Angry.
Left Nana after 1 hour plus & went for supper!!

The 4 of us are planning for a picnic date this coming Sunday! I’m gonna be in charged of making sandwiches. Hehe, I can’t wait, I can’t wait! We are going to rent bicycles at East coast park, and have our picnic there. Totally anticipating it man!!
Alright, gonna go shower & prepare to head over to boyfriend’s house for dinner. Every Sunday we’ll have dinner over at his place cause his parents are cooking.
Am thinking of doing another youtube video. Any suggestions? I already have readers requesting for What’s in my bag / My accessories collection / What’s in my make up bag / How to paste apply red lipstick. Anymore suggestions?

A few entries ago I wrote about the housewarming party that I went to at the Taiwanese girl’s place? Yup, after the gathering, boyfriend came to pick me & we headed to Marina barrage to meet his friends for some kite flying!
I’ve never flown one before and I think I suck at it. & also, I get bored of it after like 15 minutes so no point lah. Haha.
Wearing the mustard maxi dress that I got from VGY.
I loveeee it! But too bad this dress cannot be worn too often. Cause its so loud. Once you wear it, it takes like another 2 months before you can wear it again. Okay, maybe that is just my own theory. I hate being caught wearing the same thing twice. So I always make sure there is a long period before I wear the same outfit again. That explains why I buy new dresses every single week.

Hey everyone, as many of you have already noticed, I’m a huge makeup junkie.
Its practically part of my life. Just like the many accessories I own.
I have to wear them when I’m out. Except for neighborhood places because I’ll just throw on an old boyfriend tee + shorts + flip flops.
To me, each eye shadow/blusher/lipstick varies just like each piece of earring/necklace/ring/bangles depending on my dressing or mood that particular day.
I don’t know about you, but I feel that these are the things that kinda sums a person when you first meet them.
This is before I applied any eyeshadow, blusher, lipstick & drew my eyebrows. Look so sick & pale right?
Let me warn you first, this is a super backdated post.
I took all these pictures of my makeup in late 2010 but didn’t have the chance to post them until now. So many of the items you see have either been replaced by a new favorite or just sitting somewhere in my makeup stash.
I’ve added many new lipsticks/eye shadows but I’m lazy to retake the pictures so just make do with these below yea?
Loose powder: Givency, Chanel, Paul & Joe.
Compact powder: YSL, MAC, Elizabeth Arden, Chanel, The Body Shop.
Liquid foundations: Laneige, Paul & Joe. (Hardly ever use them now)
Highlighters: The Body Shop, Benefit, Stage.

Loose Powder which I bought cause it was all blinged up. From SASA.

Alright, that’s it! The next “collection” blog entry would either be on my accessories or my shoes/heels! Depending on my mood, it may take a few days/weeks or even months before I blog about it. Haha, that’s because I still have many folders of pictures that are waiting to be blogged!

Had a great weekend but is it me or does this weekend seem super short? I haven’t even have enough fun & its already the dreaded Sunday. Booo!

I’m gonna continue surfing tumblr + singing The Fray’s “You found me” at the top of my lungs until 5pm. Gonna head to boyfriend’s place for dinner later. His mom is cooking. Have to paint my nails later. Oh, how I dread that. >.<

A few weeks ago, one of my good friends got hitched! Esther & I were part of the jie-mei’s that day. & its my first time ever being one. So I was quite excited. Everything was fun and I drank a little too much. HAHA. Wine, beer, wine, champagne, champagne, wine, champagne. So yes, mixing is lethal! Never ever mix your alcohols. I’ve learnt.
So the ROM party was held at La villa, garden setting. Everything was pretty and sweet! But the weather was a killer though. Everyone was perspiring under the scorching sun!

When can I start laser-ing those armpits?!?! Anyway, will be going partying with my colleagues tomorrow. Zouk. Its been a long time. Hope the music is good. Have a great weekend everyone!

Have been studying for the past 3 days. & I’m definitely not loving it. But I’m actually really glad that the papers starts tomorrow! I can’t wait to get it over and done with. Right now, my head feels like its at least 15 kgs. Super brain-fried please. I wonder how I used to study so much for my programming exams back in poly days. And most of the things I memorized were gibberish. I can even have As for some paper for my Java and all that. HAHA, I’m amazed.

Took a two hour nap earlier on, so life was not so bad today. But I’m still craving for that Bedok 85’s chai chee pork porridge! Shall try to see if boyfriend can bring me there tomorrow.

Received two parcels today. Was excited when I saw the items on my bed. It took me 4 secs to remember what are the clothes I bought online. Ripped open the envelopes, took out the items & changed into it straight away. The shorts was good, the mustard top was okay, the polka dots top……. I have no idea why I bought it. It looks like a clown’s attire. Sigh, another wasted item. I need to stop getting impulse purchases online!!

How was your weekend people?

Mine’s pretty awesome. I mean nothing super interesting happened. I came home after work on Friday, met boyfriend for dinner & as usual we laid in bed & watch DVDs till we fell asleep. Saturday was to his place, then to his cousin’s for house warming, & then we took the train to town. I bought a dress from Forever 21. Its like super colorful, I LIKE COLORS!! & a cross double finger ring. We caught a movie and went home at 1am.

Sunday was B-O-R-ing. I studied. ITS BEEN YEARS since I last studied. So yeap, I read through 3 topics out of the many and gave up. So here I am, blogging.

Was sorting out the pictures in my macbook and saw that I’ve totally forgotten about all the pictures I’ve taken in Photobooth! Its like, I always take them when I feel like it and I never revisit the folder at all. Haha, so there are like tons of pictures from the day I first bought my macbook till now.

So here’s some of the pictures!
This was taken at the shop on the day we bought our laptops. I was testing out the macbook and started snapping away.
When I came home, decided to Photobooth even further. hehe.

My colleagues had a house warming party 2 weeks back! & everyone was invited. It was 3 of the Taiwanese girls who hosted this party. They rented an apartment in the east area so we decided to all go over their place for food, fun, laughter & ALCOHOL!
I arrived a little late, like near 6pm? Oops. I was taking my own sweet time to prepare lah. Weekends are super precious to me now that I’ve started working. Cause its the only time I can doll up the way I like and take many pictures!

Went to town with boyfriend 2 weeks back when I needed to satisfy my shopping urges. So yes, I dolled up and went hunting for clothes with my love. Decided to wear the super colorful skirt I got from Love Bonito since I’ve only wore it like once? I don’t think I’ll wear it anytime soon cause I hate repeating clothes!!
So before heading to town, decided to take some pictures!
Decided to drag boyfriend in for the photo taking as well!

I don’t know why shunxiong & I always have the same expression in most pictures. Haha, its like totally unplanned one. Or, did he copy whatever faces I made?

Check out the amount of food we ordered for the two of us.
I couldn’t finish the plate of french beans even though they were my favorite. Too much to eat lah!! But speaking of thai food, the past month or so, I’ve been super into it! I crave for the tomyum soup & spiciness every now and then. I love the clear soup instead of the red. And thai’s fried chicken wings are the best lah. Boneless!!
Okay enough about food. Have been feasting too much the past 2-3 days. Its time to go back to my healthy meals. Gonna have slice fish soup tomorrow for lunch! & dinner shall be grilled saba fish with chawanmushi. No more fried food for the next few days.
Exams are coming up next week. Sigh. The next couple of days are gonna be revisions and revisions. LET ME PASS IT ALL PLEASE!
Time to read my Alexis magazine before I go to bed.
*I think I’ll stop buying Cleo and focus on Alexis instead. Cleo magazine is so typical.

Preparing for my ladies

Hey people, happy Saturday!

Its like the best day ever! I get to sleep in and wake up at about 1pm, do nothing the entire day but surf the net. Will be going out tonight with my ladies! I so can’t wait!

We’re first going to Juan’s house for pre-drinks and dinner then to Butter Factory! Its been so long since the 4 of us went clubbing together. YAYYYY. Just charged my camera’s battery. Tonight confirm take like tons of pictures one. Hehe.
