One common question I received is, ‘what do you eat to lose weight? what’s your daily diet like? etc etc’
Okay, today I shall share what i usually eat!
The must haves in my diet!
1st: Sunshine Softgrain bread

I must eat this for breakfast, this is the only wholemeal bread that my stomach can take it, I dunno why but if I eat other brand I will constipate, so yeah! Bread is god damn good, you can eat it with anything you want. Usually for breakfast I just eat it with strawberry jam.
Per serving: 120calories, Fiber 4.4g
Easy to digest, low fat, low calories.
2nd: Meat and Eggs

I got this from google, so ignore the wordings!
Protein is very important. I’ve tried eating just vegetables and fruits for dieting purpose, it’s useless, it just make you super hungry.
NEVER FORGET PROTEIN HELPS TO BURN FATS.
Eat the meat and cut out the skin and fats!
Limit yourself to one egg yolk a day!
3rd: Fruits and vegetables

A day without vegetables will kill me, fruits still okay. And it’s important to eat all kinds of vegetables cos they got different types of vitamins. Sad to say if you dun like vegetables, it’s quite hard to achieve healthy weightloss. but still, it varies.
4th: Snacks!

i swear i rotate the picture already but i dunno why still like this!
Weetameal! This is my favorite for now! The best thing 7pieces for 100+ calories!
And if you ask me what do I eat outside?
1. Yong Tau Foo
2. Subway
3. Fish soup, dumpling soup
so on and so forth.
If I go to a restaurant, salad and soup is a must. If not I order a set meal and pass the rice to mr tey. hoho
I think you’re going to ask me why I never eat rice and noodles right?
My main source of carbs come from bread, i love to eat bread!
I dun like rice and noodles. And I dun crave for them as well. I just feel like im eating flour -.- okay i know bread also flour, but i love chewing bread
Yah i think that’s all. OH! Throughout the day I spam alot of sweets, like hichew, lollipops, all the high sugar contents, well I know it’s unhealthy but mouth itchy HAHA! habit alrdy :/ must cut down.
AND AND AND!!! I must have a cup of milo a day! My energydrink!

Sometime back at army market

We had chicken chop for dinner! The chicken chop is nice and come with egg! only $4.50. Compare to Longhouse one, this is so much better!

Anyway the purpose of me showing chicken chop is because..
Everytime if i feel fat after going overseas, I will eat lesser. But I will not just eat fruits and vegetables because I LOVE MEAT SO MUCH I CAN CRY.
So whenever I have to settle my dinner outside, at a food centre or coffeeshop, I would order chicken chop. WHY?
1st: NO RICE/NOODLES.
2nd: Chicken is not fried.
3rd: Chicken is a source of protein
4th: Once I swap the fries to coleslaw, it became a healthier choice
I will make sure I don’t feel deprive of food when I eat lesser. Because I know someday I will binge when I can’t control anymore!
Who says you can’t eat chicken chop when you’re on a diet? Swap the fries to coleslaw, although the mayo is fattening! It’s still better than fries.

I think i need to update this ‘article’ regularly 
Had been really busy, that explains why i havent been using my ringlight, why i havent been camwhoring, why i havent been doing reviews, why i havent been updating about what im doing and etc.
Anyways, I see people exercising during Chinese new year and I thought that was really good.
This is what I call determination. Of course I’m not asking you to exercise during festive season, but what you can do is to do it as regularly as possible for weight loss.
I received a facebook message a few days ago, ‘a diet of max 1300-1500 calories and by brisk walking 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I’m also giving myself a day off per week whereby I’m able to consume about 1700 calories that day so that my weight won’t plateau‘ J was asking for my opinion.
After reading her message, I felt damn touched. Cos I know that people are actually listening to whatever I wrote here.
I feel disappointed when people read my blog and they still go back to their hardcore diet, okay what can i do? *cries*
Today’s article is to push you guys further, I know it takes a great deal of determination to lose weight. There’s many things you can’t eat. Especially when you’re out, you tend to forget that you’re actually on a mission to eat healthily, and you indulge in all the fried and good food that you eventually come to regret.
Yes, festive season to us is a curse, especially when all the yummy goodies are presented to us.
After you indulge, you gain a few pounds, you get demoralized.
Especially some people really got foul mouth, they add on with, ‘you diet for so long already, still look the same, might as well don’t diet OR how come you are getting fatter? or don’t waste your time la, you won’t slim down one.
seriously, these people, just stuff shit into their mouth.
Do not get affected by these words, (although i know you will), you know you worked hard, so just continue. One day you can prove to these assholes that you achieved it.
Even though, you might gain a few pounds during this season, just tell yourself, remind yourself, it’s part and parcel of the whole process, ‘tomorrow i will eat healthily again’.
How many times/occasion allows you to binge in a year? The no of days that you are going to eat healthily vs the no of days you feast. The former wins the battle. So in conclusion, in a year you still lose weight.(if you’re really determined enough)

How to lose weight article
I was browsing the net and Yongqing gave me these 2photos, Ahma was packing her stuffs and she found them. I had a shock and all those memories flashed back instantly. (can you believe this is when my bf fall for me? (70kg) 90kg time even worse) Love is really BLIND.
Of course other than that, I was reminded that I still owe you guys a article this week!

I really changed alot! O.M.GEE!
I wanted to lose weight because I’ve got goals to achieve, and not because I think I was ugly. Actually at that period of time, I never thought I was ugly before, I even told myself, ‘actually i look not bad what’. HAHHAA damn me!
But I actually feel ugly now, okay set that aside, lets bring you guys back to today’s topic.
IS IT THAT DIFFICULT TO LOSE YOUR STOMACH FATS?
For me, I think it’s easy to get rid of Stomach fats!
Stomach was the first to slim down throughout my weight loss journey.
And I start with hulahooping without DIETING. Maybe I was still young that time? BUT nevertheless..
I think it’s good if you can try hulahoop. Because it’s AMAZING!
I’ve also got comments asking me the right way to play hulahoop. Sad to say, there’s no right or wrong way JUST SHAKE IT!

So, if you’re a beginner, I suggest you start playing 10-15minutes first.
- stop after every 15minutes. repeat that 2times for the first 2weeks, then 4times. best if you play it most days of the week.
slowly increase the frequency to 1hr a day or if you can, and time permits, 1 and a half hour or 2hrs a day.
Hulahoop itself is important also, do not use those light-weight ones for goodness sake, buy those heavy ones!
I will find the best ‘hulahoop’ for you guys, wait for the next post. i try la
cos i dunno the name of it but i played before!
Of course you cannot just slim one area!
You could be blessed with slim limbs and sharp face, but if you got a big tummy, then sorry you still have to do cardio and crunches!
And lastly the most important part, DIET!
HEALTHY DIET which consists of fruits, veggies, lean meats and low fat dairy!
Try the hulahoop method and let me know okay! All the best!

And then I realized it’s hard, very hard for one to control themselves when they go overseas!
Hard for you, hard for her, hard for him, hard for EVERYONE and even for me!

Of course it would be hard if the country that you’re visiting is your first time, but what if you’ve been to this country for like more than 3times?
I’ve been to MALACCA FOR more than 3times! And every single time I go, I just wanna spend all the money on food and nothing else. I mean, what can you spend there, other than FOOD?
So I decided to change my mindset,
new slogan: EAT LIKE A MAD PIG WHEN YOU ARE OVERSEAS!
HEHE, okay im just kidding, eat whatever you want and not mad and crazy please..
Still, I stressed on being 80% full! Drink lots of water, because water helps to flush your toxins out.
If you come back gaining weight, THEN this is when you should work it off!
Exercise!!
I got readers asking why I only recommend Brisk walking, i got blog abt it before eh
& Cut down on heavy food (oily,fatty,snacks,high in salt and sugar)
I’m not sure if my method works for you but.
If I eat heavy food for 4days (overseas), I will eat lighter for 4days after that, and I will feel lighter and more refreshing! You can try if you want
Also apply locally! If you go for buffet today, maybe you wanna try eating light for tomorrow, maybe one more day? The day after? :p

This caesar salad looks so healthy and appetizing and it’s 462calories!

my mushroom soup worth 252 calories, which the bun is not included.

chicken caesar sandwich, falafel wrap
both meal add up to more than 1000calories each!
seems like i can’t eat soup spoon everyday ah.. or maybe can.. drink the soup only.. o.O

You think diet can remove them entirely?
You think diet can make you slim for life? OKAY LA some people special case!
You think diet is good for you?
So you think diet can make you feel more confident and pretty, I SEE I SEE.
when you have significant hairloss, PRETTY? CONFIDENT?
when you look so lethargic and pale, RADIANT? CONFIDENT?
when you look malnutritioned, CONFIDENT?
when you start to have bad breath and bleeding teeth? PRETTY?

FACE THE REALITY PEOPLE, once you start dieting you know you will diet for life.
why? simple, once you start dieting, you lose weight, once you stop dieting, you gain weight, SO EASY JUST LIKE 1+1=2
instead of always eating less den suddenly binge, and vice versa, why don’t you eat in moderate amount and have a steady weight loss?
aren’t you tired of seeing the digits on your weighing scale, jumping up and down? When it’s down, you go phew yay i did it. when it goes up, you go shit, i need to diet!
this cycle will never stop! not only you need to continue this shit for life, you screw your metabolism.

eh be smarter, THINK LOGICALLY. u diet lose 5kg, you eat back gain 5kg, u diet lose 5kg, you eat back gain 5kg. IN THE END YOU GAIN AND LOSE NOTHING RIGHT? YOU MIGHT AS WELL CONTINUE EATING NORMALLY? (im not angry im not :))
If you eat normally, and cut abit, EAT HEALTHIER ABIT, JUST ABIT, you will be able to see a difference. WHY RISK BINGEING AFTER DIETING? when you have a balanced meal, you got the right nutrition, you will not have craving. If you diet, YOU HAVE ALOT OF CRAVINGs which lead you to binge afterwards.
SO NOW I’M TELLING YOU don’t diet. LOWEST YOU CAN GO IS 1200CALORIES. 1200 CALORIES 1200 CALORIES 1200 CALORIES. UNDERSTAND OR NOT!?
DIET IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME, INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME ON DIETING, FEELING DEPRESSED AND DEPRIVED, YOU EAT NORMAL (cut down on snacks and etc) AND EXERCISE. A LIL BIT OF EXERCISE IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. I already told you people to brisk walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To put it in layman’s term, your body cannot digest the sugar in MILK, and if you happened to drink milk, you will have symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, flatulence and acid reflux.
I love chocolate milk so much
but i cannot drink anymore.
question is if we can’t drink milk, where should we get our calcium from? (calcium is v v v impt for woman)

2) yogurt
3) cheese
4) vegetables that are calcium-riched
5) still got, but my brain is like dead now :O
you can also consume dairy products and milk in small portions so that it’s easier for your body to adapt.

You don’t exercise when you’re in overseas.

You obviously don’t think about dieting or losing weight when you’re in overseas.
So after your holiday, you stepped on the weighing scale and go, AHHHH SHITTTTT HOW THE F I GAIN SO MUCH WEIGHT!?
so how should u deal with this? i don’t expect one to gain nothing when they go for holidays because it’s suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. but the least you can do is to prevent yourself from gaining up to 3-5kgs. i’ve got friends who gain 5kgs going to hongkong, i think the food there must be too delicious. and i myself gain up to 3kgs when i go to malacca and even phuket!
so this are some of the tips i thought would help, no harm trying! you will feel better during the trip and after coming back also
1: Drink more water, keep yourself hydrated. this would curb cravings as well.
2: JUST EAT! but share with your friends/partners. if possible, try to find fruits or fruit juice, and eat more vegetables.
3: Always remember to eat 70-80% full.
4: walk more!
5: abit of exercise is always better than nothing. squats, crunches, and leg lifts in your hotel! it doesn’t take up too much of your time!
MOST IMPORTANTLY, MOVE AND WALK MORE!
Balanced nutrition is important, you don’t want to come back feeling fat and having BAD SKIN!

I’m always on a lookout for top healthy, low fat, fat burning food. And I think I shall share with you guys today!
I think what they meant by fat burning food is actually getting rid and lowering our intake of BAD FATS, lower our cholesterol and helping our body increase it’s metabolism rate.
These are some of them,
OATMEAL: I noticed people tend to eat it with evaporated or condensed milk, so it becomes unhealthy already! I suggest eating wholemeal, whole wheat or grained bread.
OLIVE OIL: I agree, I got my own oil at home, because my grandmother doesn’t like olive oil, she only used knife oil which is so awfully high in fats. Interestingly, olive oil is a FAT which fights FAT. Because it’s a good fat which is a monounsaturated fat, eh quite rhyme hor? HAHAA. Ok ignore me.
LOW FAT DIARY: What do you mean by low fat diary? Basically all the milk in the supermarkets I saw are more or less the same, even if they state ‘low fat’ they still have almost the same amt of fats content from others, so how to choose? Anyway I’m lactose intolerant, so I can’t drink anything that is related to milk anymore!
And if you’re the same like me, take yogurt! Or yogurt drink that has probiotics. In case you don’t know what is probiotics, it is a bacteria that is beneficial to our health, example, YAKULT!
I mentioned before, marigold yogurt is the best. I dun mean the taste I mean the nutritional contents. It’s low in fat, high in fibre and calcium. PLEASE CHOOSE THE NON FAT range..
EGGWHITES: they have a lot of proteins, and I really love eggwhites! Usually my breakfast I will eat one egg white and one egg with wholemeal bread.
LEAN MEAT: with protein also and less fat, don’t tell me you eat all the chicken, duck, pork skins when you wanna lose weight.
BROCCOLI: in fact I doubt, because I think all vegetables are healthy, isn’t it?
And lastly, BERRIES: this I’m not too sure as well because I haven’t seen any effects after eating it, I only know it’s good for the skin because of it’s antioxidants
Oh, and not to forget! Water! 2litres of water daily! I think water is the best best best fat burning and skin boosting food!
I hope it’s beneficial, people who wanna lose weight can try to revolve your diet around these few choices.
