Instead of snacking when I’m stress. I decided to COOK!
Cooking can destress, cooking is enjoyable, cooking is FUN! a sense of achievement!
But my time is so tight that I can only whip up a fast meal..

So Xmas’s over! And how was yours!?
This year Christmas was extra fun because Be and I made gingerbread man and snow man cookies, buffet + gift exchanges with the buddies and mahjong until 6am in the morning! *somemore i won

After he gave me mine, I really dont know what should I get for him, anything related to camera is a big no! HAHHAA.
So I decided to get him this awesome NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto!

The bf cooked for me last weekend, and it’s our 3years 9th months!
Main Dish - Chicken casserole! read on because it’s super yummy!
Basically ingredients you need
- pasta
- mushroom soup
- seasonings: cajun, italian herbs, or other seasonings also can
- broccoli, asparagus, chicken fillet or any other parts of the chicken
- mozarella cheese
- garlic, olive oil, salt
it's a last minute preparation so he used what he has at home! hahaha. macaroni, mushroom soup!
spices you need, italian herbs and cajun seasoning! cajun is awesome cos it can be used for almost anything! :D
broccoli, asparagus and chicken fillet~
boil water
slightly boil the broccoli~
also the asparagus~
season the chicken, he used both cajun and italian herbs~
add in the campbell mushroom soup!
grease the baking dish!
mixed everything together, the broccoli, asparagus, and the mushroom chicken
mozarella?
spamming cheese!
bake it for 35-40minutes at 170degree, should be ready if you see the form of bubbles :D
next: the macaroni!

special instant aglio olio, mixed w olive oil, abit of salt and garlic
DING! casserole done!! super easy and nice! i love it!
wine glasses for our malibu rum with orangina!
simple home cooked dinner and ‘xia dao siao’ dvd HAHAHA

have been eating eggs for breakfast lately and I realised i dun get hungry as often, eggs give good protein and protein in the morning helps to speed up metabolism! good for losing weight
BUT keep in MIND NOT TO EAT MORE THAN 4EGGS A WEEK IF YOU ARE HIGH IN CHOLESTEROL LEVEL, other than that it’s okay to eat 1 aday!

It was only when we reached amk, den we realised that the rain was so heavy, we couldn’t even get a cab, and so I bought an umbrella and we walked to PHOON HUAT PTE LTD. Thank god i called them up beforehand, if not it will really be a futile trip.

it was formal day today, scare the hell outta me because we need to stand on stage and present to faci and students. but luckily everything went well, thanks to pink because she handle the q&a.
